Refund

An order can only be refunded if it has not yet been sent to an evaluator. A $75 processing fee applies upon cancellation. Completed evaluations cannot be cancelled and are not subject to a refund.

The customer can request a revision of a completed evaluation. It is at the discretion of the evaluator whether the revision modifies the original content or corrects an error. It is the policy of the company to not revise the original content. A fee of $50 applied upon a revisions request. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of when the order was completed.
